Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation JSC developes industrial zones and industrial parks for successful development of the region, as well as for involvement of investors. These include Zavolzhye industrial zone that is located in Cherdaklinsky district, Ulyanovsk region on the territory of Mirnovskoie rural settlement in the east outskirts of Ulyanovsk. The industrial zone is certified through the Association of industrial parks of Russia as an active industrial park.
Leaders of the MEGARONPROJECT LLC, during the times of their work as project managers in well-known german general planner personally took part in elaboration and approvement of the development plan for the Zavolzhye industrial zone with the total area of 424 ha. According to the plan on the territory should have been placed ca 31 industrials, as well as office and warehouse enterprises taking into consideration European standards of assignment of land plots and of preparation of a centralized modern civil engineering and transport infrastructure.
Following functions are being accomplished:
- Elaboration and approvement of the development plan
- Defence of the development plan in the face of approvement authorities and of the government of region Ulyanovsk
