Industrial and administrative building of WERTEKS JSC is located in Saint-Petersburg on 24th Line of Vasilyevsky Island. The main façade of the building goes directly to Line 24.

The existing building has lost its original appearance due to a long service life since 1960 and intense exposure to atmospheric precipitation. For further safe and trouble-free operation of the building, the owner decided to carry out a comprehensive repair of the facades according to a specially developed project.

MEGARONPROJECT LLC team developed and agreed with the relevant authorities a façade improvement project. Effecting repair works the building was given neat and modern look with high performance indicators. In terms of colour, the building blends in with the surrounding development in accordance with the existing colour schemes. In addition, due to the façade insulation measures, the thermal insulation of the building envelope has increased significantly, which has a positive impact on the economic efficiency of the building’s operation.
