On the territory of YIT Greenstate industrial park a plant for gas turbines production was built. The new enterprise is busy mainly with the high technological production of gas turbines of the types SGT5-2000E and SGT5-4000F made for connection to nets with the frequency of 50 Hz, as well as with the production of external burner chambers for SGT5-2000E.
MEGARONPROJECT leaders and specialists during their previous work as project managers in well-known german general planner personally took part in elaboration and development of the project. The project was accompanied from making analysis of the land plot for placing the enterprise up to putting into operation.
Following functions were accomplished:
- Providing analysis of the land plot (technical due diligence)
- Elaboration of preproject and determination of the project budget
- Functioning as technical supervisor by phases of getting preliminary permissions and design;
- Elaboration of project, working and tender documentations;
- Organizing and providing tender for choosing general contractor;
- Technical supervisor at all stages of construction works
- Construction supervision
- Budget and time management
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety
- Authorial supervision
