The land plot for placing the drive technology centre is located within the borders of the Kirovsky district of Novosibirsk.
SEW-EURODRIVE JSC is busy in the area of production and sales of gears, gear motors, control units for electrical motors. There is a plan to sell, to assemble and to effect service by the enterprise SEW-EURODRIVE JSC in Novosibirsk.
MEGARONPROJECT LLC team developed design and working documentation got a positive expertise conclusion. After tender on selection a general contractor, the first stage of construction works is to start.
Following functions are performed:
- Providing analysis of the land plot (technical due diligence)
- Inspection of existing buildings and structures
- Elaboration of preproject and determining the project budget
- Functioning as technical supervisor by phases of getting preliminary permissions and design
- Elaboration of project, working and tender documentations
- Accompanying tender for choosing general contractor;
