The land plot for the construction of a metal rolling production and warehouse complex is located in the Lomonosov district of the Leningrad region.
The customer company plans to organise production, warehousing and distribution of rolled metal products at the plant.
The MEGARONPROJECT LLC team developed the master plan and pre-design solutions for the industrial warehouse complex and calculated the construction budget for the project.
Following functions were accomplished:
- Elaboration of preproject and determining the project budget
- Adaptation and coordination of technological solutions with the customer
