The plant for production of tires Continetal Kaluga (1-st building phase) was built on the territory of the technological park Roswa within the settlement Kozlovo, urban district of Kaluga. The main business segment of the new enterprise is production of passenger car tires; the planned rated capacity is 4 million of passenger car tires a year.
Leaders of the MEGARONPROJECT LLC, during their work as project managers in well-known german general planner personally took part in elaboration and development of the project in point of making analysis of the land plot for placing the enterprise, of elaboration of a preproject and project documentation, of approvement of project solutions till having got positive conclusion by an expertise and building permit.
Following functions were accomplished:
- Technical due diligence of the land plot, elaboration of a pre-design
- Technical supervisor at stages of getting initial data and preliminary permissions and design
- Organization of elaboration of special technical terms
- Managing elaboration of project documentation and its approvments
Description
Land plot with the area of 60 ha.
The total area for construction is 70 600 m².
